Glass-Deco Series

The Glass-DECO 1800 is a horizontal, full automatic glass painting machine for flat glass.
Can be also used for other flat surfaces such as metal, wood etc.
The machine is totally controlled by Inverters and PLC (10’’ Touch Screen, OMRON) The Glass-DECO 1800 Machine works with all organic and ceramic paints that are suitable for the spraying method (according to each Paint Manufacturer's instructions).

Consisting of powerful IR emitters, combined with integrated warm air introduction and extraction for drying water-based inks or coatings. A specially developed air duct feeds an evenly distributed air flow into the drying area. The warm air absorbs steam and moisture and the controllable extraction removes it from the drying zone. In this way, saturation of the atmosphere is prevented and leakage of hot air to surrounding, heat-sensitive machine components prevented. This ensures significantly faster and more efficient drying, a defined containment of the dryer area and better utilization of the energy used. The air supply can be either by internal or external fans. Infradry compact has a high IR power density, the reflectors of the emitters concentrate the IR radiation on the substrate and thus allow excellent drying results. Depending on the application, the module can be equipped with emitters of different wavelengths. As a result, the IR module is very flexible, applicable to different drying requirements and thus can be used with a wide range of printing inks and coatings.
