The automatic tables for cutting laminated glass in the "Strato Active F" range have extremely fast cutting cycles and allow you to perform sequential engraving of Z-level cuts before rotating the crossbeam. This innovative feature, in combination with an additional heating lamp positioned at the end of the line, allows 'Strato Active F' tables to achieve unparalleled productivity, especially with complex cutting patterns.
This positioning means that there aren't any external obstructions to the cutting machine perimeter, thus allowing the operator to move and walk nimbly along the front of the machine without having to dodge around any protrusions. In addition to this, the low height of the cutting bridges gives the operator total visibility and great comfort when handling glass.
The 'Strato Active F' has automatic laminated glass separation control that activates the PVB cutting blade only when the glass has been properly separated. This control allows self-adjustment of the heating time, which no longer needs to be adjusted or decided by the operator.
Separation of the laminated glass is achieved by means of a controlled axis driven by a brushless motor, which gives extreme precision when separating, thus avoiding any risk of delamination by the PVB. The minimum automatic trim is only 6.5 cm and, once separated, it is automatically ejected from the work area which means the operator can pick it up with great ease and in total safety.
Total visibility of the work cycle is ensured by transparent housing that can easily be lifted to allow the operator easy access to the working tools for routine maintenance. The cutting table can be equipped with a flat grinding wheel for low-emissivity glass for excellent stock removal quality and machining speed.

This allows the operator to move and walk nimbly along the front of the machine without having to dodge around any protrusions.

Star Cut
AUTOMATIC SHAPE CUTTING TABLE FOR FLOAT GLASS WITH TILTING SUPPORT PLANE AND BREAKOUT BARS
The automatic cutting tables in the "Star Cut" series for cutting float glass into shapes have a fixed or tilting support plane, which can also be equipped with belts for the automatic translation of the sheet, and high performance thanks to the aluminum bridge, racks with inclined teeth and prismatic guides with recirculating balls for the movement of the carriage.
The "Star Cut" series is designed to meet any production requirement and can be equipped with a flat grinding wheel for the removal of Low-E glass coating which, as mounted at the rear of the cutting bridge, provides excellent balance of masses, and enables excellent performance in removing Low-E coating.
A modern, high-tech cutting table that can be equipped with the TPF and Easy-Pro protective film removal system, with automatic printer and labeler or with "Click" & "Cut" rotary tool changer to quickly select the correct cutting tool. The "Master Shape 3.7 FRV" is a shaped cutting table for float glass sheets that incorporates three different functions: loading, cutting and breakout.
The table is equipped with four hydraulically driven loading arms, each equipped with double suction cups powered by a vacuum pump to ensure maximum safety when clamping glass sheets. The "Master Shape 3.7 FRV" picks up sheets directly from a mobile rack with wheels, which is positioned in front of the table via a quick coupling/uncoupling device. The production change is immediate since you just need to remove the stand and place a new one. Extendable arms are also provided for manual loading of sheets. The cutting bridge has suction cups which, in addition to ensuring the positioning of the glass sheet on the worktable, allow its automatic transfer to a breakout table.
