TENON TE – FGPD FULLY AUTOMATED INSULATED GLASS LINE

To meet the evolving demands of the insulated glass (I.G.) industry, Tenon has introduced the TE – FGPD series, TPT Thermoplastic Spacer and TE-T series, a fully automated line designed to streamline the production process. This innovative system integrates edge deletion, washing, frame setting, gas filling, and sealing, eliminating the need for traditional spacer cutting, bending, desiccant filling, butyling, and frame setting. All of these processes are completed automatically by the TE – FGPD line, featuring a flexible warm edge spacer robot.
