TE-LP

The TE-LP series builds on the standard TE technical features with the option for a gas filling process. It incorporates advanced technologies such as the EtherMAC system, servo control pressing, flow monitoring, and a bottom air-curtain charging method to achieve high speed, deep penetration, and reduced gas consumption. The entire line is controlled via a touchscreen and PLC on the press, with the option to enable or disable gas filling. Washing is performed using 8 brushes, along with a pre rinse station for Low-E glass, with Low-E brushes available upon request. The IG line is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and a long operational life. It also offers high-speed operation, low noise levels, and automatic glass thickness control.
