Provider of functional coating products. Have originated at Empa – Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science and Technology and have since incorporation in 2014.

• SuisseNano - Grizzly® Coating: protects a glass surface against glass corrosion and remains water repellent.
  Industrial Deposition Options: On Average, 3 shifts: 20M ft2 coated per annum.
  Vertical Washing + Coating Line: 

  • Line dimensions: Line length 13.2m (44ft), Line height 3.5m (11.5ft), Line width 2.2m (7.3ft).

  • Line speed: 7m/min (23ft/min).

  • Typical glass dimension: Glass height 0.5 - 3m (1.64ft - 9.8ft), Glass width 0.1-2.2m (0.33ft - 7.2ft), Glass thickness 3-19mm (0.11”-0.75”).

  • Line throughput at 2/3 load factor, 1 shift (8hrs): 

    • 2m (6.6ft) x 1m (3.28ft) x 8mm (0.31”) glass: 570,000 m2 / year OR 6.1M ft2 / year.

    • 2m (6.6ft) x 1.5m (4.9ft) x 8mm (0.31”) glass: 857,000 m2 / year OR 9.2M ft2 / year.
