TE-F Fully Automatic Flexible Spacer IG Production Line

To meet the demands of the evolving IG industry, the TE-FNG series introduces a fully automated production line that integrates edge deletion, washing, primary sealing, framing, gas filling, and secondary sealing. This series eliminates the traditional complex processes of spacer cutting, bending, desiccant filling, butyling, and framing. The entire insulating glass production process is completed in a single pass, optimizing efficiency and reducing the need for manpower. The TE-F line is available for standard H-Type spacers with hotmelt sealant, or T-Type spacers with automatic butyling and two-component secondary sealant. An optional argon gas-filling system is also available, along with various size configurations to accommodate even jumbo IGUs.
