JinGlass Continuous glass tempering furnace is used for the tempered processing of various high-demand glass types, including vehicles, furniture, home appliances, and solar glass. Heating Efficiency & Protection by precisely controlling the temperature, the infrared band in the furnace is concentrated between 3.2 and 6 m. This perfectly matches the absorption range of glass, achieving efficient and precise heating while effectively protecting the film layer. Heat Loss Prevention featuring special ceramic anchoring that adopts high-performance ceramic fiber board and precision anchoring technology; this system is highly effective in preventing heat loss. Electric Heating Power Control System consists of all electric heating power controlled by a bidirectional thyristor. This achieves a stepless, smooth adjustment of load power between 0% and 100%, making temperature control more precise and energy efficient.
