Optional Features:
The TE-NGP model offers an optional gas filling system that employs advanced technologies, such as the EtherMAC system, servo control pressing, flow monitoring, and a bottom air-curtain charging method. This setup ensures high speed, efficient gas penetration, and reduced gas consumption. The entire line is managed via a user-friendly touchscreen and PLC system, allowing for easy toggling between gas filling and no-gas filling modes.

Washing is handled by six brushes, with a pre-rinse station for Low-E glass. Low-E brushes are available upon request. The tilting table design minimizes the installation footprint and operating space. Constructed with stainless steel, this IG line ensures corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. The line operates at high speed with low noise and includes automatic control of glass thickness. Available in sizes 2,440mm x 2,680mm or 3,300mm.
