The Automatic Horizontal Seaming Machine is designed to pre-treat glass edges for tempering by grinding all four sides, with optional corner dubbing. The TWM-T series offers superior working speed through continuous processing, with a cycle time of just 10-13 seconds per piece (based on a 1-square-meter lite). This is more than twice the productivity compared to the standard two-head TWM-T series. The system automatically adjusts to accommodate various glass sizes and thicknesses, and can be directly connected in-line with a horizontal washing machine, feeding into a tempering furnace.
Historically, the market has faced high operating costs due to diamond belt expenses, inefficient v-wheel processing, and intensive labor. The TENON Automatic Horizontal Seaming Machine addresses these issues, offering excellent efficiency, grinding quality, and longevity. Additionally, the TWM is the ideal solution for seaming Low-E glass, thanks to its two-step glass-grabbing technology, which ensures that the Low-E surface remains untouched throughout the entire process.
Equipped with four grinding heads, each featuring diamond-resin wheels (two top and two bottom), the TWM moves across the glass in a linear motion at 2,800 RPM for efficient processing.
