The TSR is a fully automatic, dual-component sealing robot designed to apply the secondary sealant along the perimeter of the IG unit as part of an in-line production system. The sealing nozzle moves vertically and rotates 360 degrees to seal the left and right sides, while the integrated conveyor system moves the unit horizontally, allowing the nozzle to seal the top and bottom edges seamlessly.
