TSE – Two-Component Sealant Extruder

The TSE Two-Component Sealant Extruder is designed for applying secondary seals on insulating glass (IG) units using bi-component sealants, including polysulfide, polyurethane, and silicone. It supports variable mixing ratios from 6:1 to 14:1, allowing flexible operation for a wide range of production needs. An optional refrigeration system prevents premature curing during idle times, while a precision static mixer ensures optimal material blending.

The extruder features a free-tuning unit for smooth, consistent operation and an extended sealing bracket for easy application on larger IG units. The integrated base pump enables quick and efficient flushing in just a few steps.
