TSB – Automatic Spacer Bender

The TSB Spacer Bender is a fully automatic machine designed to bend aluminum, plastic, and optionally stainless steel spacers with high precision. Its integrated automatic feeding system delivers spacer bars up to 6 meters in length directly from the storage station. The system ensures accurate bending and seamless spacer connections, maintaining precise frame dimensions. It can bend both straight and custom shapes up to 2m x 2m, with larger frames processed in two automatic steps.
