THR – Hotmelt Sealing Robot

The THR/1 is specially engineered for use with Hot Melt and Reactive Hot Melt sealants. Due to the unique characteristics of reactive hot melt, the system operates at high temperatures and pressure to ensure consistent performance. Powered by a reliable GRACO pump and heating system, the THR/1 delivers a stable sealing process. Compared to traditional two-component systems, it significantly increases both sealing speed and material output—making it ideal for high-speed IG production lines.
