The TFS is an advanced automatic system specially designed for applying flexible warm-edge spacers, such as Superspacer and T-Spacer. It offers two operation modes: one for standard Superspacer and another for T-Spacer. In T-Spacer mode, the system automatically applies PIB to the spacer edges before placement on the glass, making it compatible with both silicone and polysulfide sealants.
Powered by EtherMAC technology and a Beckhoff control system, the TFS seamlessly integrates with insulating glass (IG) production lines, offering unmatched synchronization and control. Compared to traditional spacer framing methods, it increases productivity by over 30% and reduces labor by more than 40%.
