TED – Edge Deletion Robot

The TED Edge Deletion Robot is designed to automatically remove the Low-E coating from the edges of glass lites. The inlet conveyor features a back roller and a vacuum suction system to ensure secure and smooth glass transportation. The central grinding unit is equipped with a single diamond abrasive head that can rotate up to 90°, allowing it to precisely grind all four sides of the glass. All machine operations are managed via a PLC system for maximum accuracy and reliability.
