TDF-B – Dual Head Desiccant Filler

The TDF-B is a high-efficiency desiccant filling machine designed to simultaneously fill both sides of two different spacer frames. The process, including the automated closure of the filling holes, is fully electronic. The system features continuous height and width adjustment of the filling heads, making it adaptable to a wide range of spacer frame sizes and profiles.

Desiccant volume is precisely controlled via a touchscreen interface. The machine performs drilling, filling, and sealing on one side of the frame, with automatic adjustments based on spacer width. By drilling holes in the back of the spacer, the TDF-B can process various materials and shapes with ease
