SV-1000

The double-headed SV-1000 is designed for fast, high-quality deburring, grinding, and seaming, featuring a compact, powerful build and an intuitive control panel. It machines both the top/bottom and opposite sides of the glass simultaneously, enabling high production rates. With a robust, corrosion-resistant construction, maintenance and spare parts costs are kept to a minimum. This model can also be integrated into a production line with a washing machine or vertical IG line.

Servo-driven conveyors reduce energy consumption significantly, while automated processes allow a single operator to achieve high production efficiency. The user-friendly software and touchscreen OP(HMI) enable easy adjustments to glass processing thickness with just a touch of a button. The SV-1000 is suitable for processing Low-E and Laminated Glass without damaging coatings or interlayers.
