Spot Free Rinse

The Ebbco Dual Circuit Filtration System is designed to filter and rinse the water in glass manufacturing washers. Providing on Demand Spot Free DI Rinse Water.
Stage one is designed to recirculate the pre-rinse tank. A Stainless Steel Filter Pump provides the proper flow and pressure from the Pre-rinse tank to a Stainless Steel Hurricane Filter Vessel. Water is filtered down to a specific micron and returned to the pre-rinse tank through a custom designed PVC sweeper package designed to keep debris suspended and pushed toward the pump suction for removal.
Stage two is designed to create Spot Free Rinse Water. A Stainless Steel Pump delivers water from the Spot Free Rinse tank through a Stainless Steel Hurricane Filter Vessel. Water is filetred down to a specifis micron. A portion of the fluid is sent through Dual Stage ( 2 cu ft).
Virgin Mixed Bed Resin Bags to remove dissolved solids to a specific TDS level which extends the DI resin 2-3 times compared to a single pass Bottles that overflow to a drain. Unlike exchange bottles, these units use 100% Virgin Resin. Water is returned to a 55 gallon Stainless Steel Holding Tank. Treated water the gravity overflows back to the DI Spot Free Rinse Tank.
Each unit is equipped with Flashing Service Beacons, TDS Meter for Water Quality Control and a Tank Mounted UV Light for Bacteria Control.
