HWM - Horizontal Washer Series

The HWM Horizontal Washer Series is designed for efficient, high-performance glass cleaning. Each unit includes an inlet roller conveyor, a washing and drying section with a pre-rinse station, three pairs of brushes, two pairs of air knives, and a heated water system. A sound-proofed air filtration system minimizes operational noise.

Engineered for sustainability, the HWM operates without detergents and features an advanced energy-saving system. When glass transport stops, water flow, air from the blower, and all operational steps automatically pause to reduce energy consumption.

All water-contact components, including lower roller supports and bearings, are constructed from stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance.

The HWM series is versatile—ideal as a stand-alone unit or seamlessly integrated into a full processing line with the Tenon Horizontal Seamer.
