The Ebbco Glass Sludge Removal System are a cdown to 25 omplete pre-package Filtration System. Designed to install on existing equipment to effectively filter glass particles down to 25 microns. These systems are designed to collect glass particles into a easy to service sludge bag. Capable of holding up to 25lbs of sludge. These systems can be custom designed to fit any grinder, seamer, and other glass working machinery. The Sludge removal system provides extended coolant life, increased tool life, and reduces wear and tear on the machine.
The Ebbco Glass Sludge Removal System arrives ready to install. Independent of the existing systems flow. Contanminated coolant or liquid enters the system through a filter strainer basket to protect the pump from large debris. Fluid is pumped into the seperator tangentially creating a circular flow. Specialized engineered slots cause an acceleration of the fluid into the seperation chamber. The centrifugal action forces heavier particles to the peremeter of the chamber where solids gently fall into the collection chamber and are continuously purged into the Sludge receiver. Clean fluid is drawn through the vortex of the seperator and particle free liquid returns to the systems customized sweeper package. This is designed tp keep the tank free of settled sludge.
