Glass Master Clarification Systems

The Glass Master Hydro Media Free Filtration Systems are engineered to efficiently remove glass particulates and capture them in a 55-gallon drum for easy disposal. These systems are pre-packaged, compact, and simple to install on one or more grinders, polishers, or seamer machines—eliminating the need for cumbersome piping, expensive installation, or excessive downtime. No flumes or pits are required.

Equipped with hydrocyclones, the Glass Master Filtration Systems use a centrifugal separator to filter coolants down to 25 microns. An automatic timed purge deposits sludge into a 55-gallon drum. The hydrocyclones then continue to refine the coolant, polishing it down to 10 microns, preventing contaminants from accumulating within the machine tool.

Each system is custom-sized for specific applications and includes a self-cleaning clean/dirty tank, a heavy-duty filter pump, a centrifugal separator, hydrocyclone separators, and dual 55-gallon sludge drums.
