Glass-DECO 1800

The Glass-DECO 1800 is a fully automatic horizontal painting machine designed for flat glass surfaces. It is also versatile enough to handle other flat materials such as metal, wood, and more.

Controlled entirely by Inverters and a PLC system with a 10" Omron touchscreen, the Glass-DECO 1800 is compatible with all organic and ceramic paints suitable for spray applications (subject to the paint manufacturer’s specifications).

Glass Dryer 1800/IR
Integrated with the system, the Glass Dryer 1800/IR offers immediate drying capabilities for fast stacking. Using powerful IR emitters combined with warm air circulation, it efficiently dries water-based inks and coatings.
A specially engineered air duct system introduces evenly distributed warm air into the drying zone, absorbs moisture, and removes it through controlled extraction, preventing saturation and protecting heat-sensitive machine components. This results in significantly faster drying, defined containment of the drying area, and optimized energy use.

The Infradry Compact module features high IR power density with focused reflectors to maximize drying efficiency. Depending on the application, the system can be fitted with IR emitters of different wavelengths, making it highly flexible and suitable for a wide variety of inks and coatings.
