Bavelloni has been the first Company to supply cutting tables with truly innovative features. With unique patented solutions, REV series for float glass cutting combines a compact footprint with unmatchable performances and proven reliability.
The structure of the main frame, the fixed work table and the bridge guide rails with a section 50x50mm, allow cutting speed, performance and precision to remain consistent.
The latest technology and components have been used throughout the super compact REV models: bridge movement by two brushless motors (Gantry) to minimize any backlash and increase working speed, fully digitally controlled motors.
Cutting performance through the full range of thicknesses: open cut on 10mm glass and easy break out of 19mm glass. The advanced cutting head provides excellent 90° edge quality which reduces the need of heavy grinding and additional processing time.
Automatic detection of glass thickness, laser for template reading and for the automatic squaring of the glass sheet, automatic adjustment of cutting pressure according to glass thickness and radius size, program for mirror cut of laminated glass.
REV includes a CAD system as well as an on board optimizer in its standard scope. In addition, many software packages are available as options to meet different requirements: office optimizer, program for vinyl cut, etc.

Laminated Glass Cutting Tables
LAMY 370 S
Lamy 370 S is Bavelloni table for cutting, breaking and detaching laminated glass. It is ideal for low-e glasses: thanks to the special separation pliers, the coating does not get damaged during detachment operation. The single bridge structure leaves the working area completely free from any obstructions: glass handling, roller change and machine cleaning are very easy.
Breaking is by a system of upper and lower wheels that never lift the glass and always keep it steady: in this way the lower edges never touch each other.
Lamy 370 S can make trimming up to 60 mm even on very thick glass 8+8+4,56 mm in fully automatic mode, thus considerably minimizing the scrap.

REV 372 SR
The model REV 372 SR is a stand-alone cutting machine with manual loading. Despites many attempts at imitation, it remains the benchmark in its category and a perfect solution for all glass companies looking for a no compromise solution.
The cutting table REV 372 SR is very easy to install and to operate. The loading forks are electrically driven, so they are maintenance free.
REV 372 SR can be equipped with a device for the automatic removal of the low-e coating by means of a cup wheel.

REV 370 SLH
REV 370 SLH is a cutting line composed of an auto-loading cutting table and a breaking table. The SLH line has an extremely compact footprint compared to the traditional solutions and it can be installed with different glass storage systems: single rack, manual four positions storage (VS4), automatic complex storage systems that can be customized according to the specific needs.
Thanks to a patented system, the telescopic arms can load a glass sheet while the table is cutting. This innovative solution allows an output of more than 900 sqm per working shift.
